Magdalena is an experienced property investor, developer & manager. She has a portfolio of properties in London & Poland and is developing a number of business ventures in London. She is keen to help other people expand their property investment portfolios and improve the returns they receive from them. Her experience of managing teams of exceptional Polish construction & maintenance craftsmen means she is able to complete both internal and external works to a very high standard and at very competitive prices. Martin has built numerous businesses from scratch and helped to establish and grow many more for friends and family. After graduating with a BSc in Business Computing, Martin quickly setup, grew and sold his first technology business. He then developed a substantial high-yield portfolio of houses which he let to young professionals around Canary Wharf. A fast growing property management business and two substantial joint ventures followed, quickly establishing portfolios of more than £150m (yielding more than 10% gross and 6% net). He is now combining his experience with funds, technology and value investing to deploy exciting property acquisition strategies for Inspired Asset Management, Shape Capital and Stepnowski Estates. Martin is recognised as a 'mover and shaker' in the key London property industry and has spoken on the subject of London Residential at the European Distressed Real Estate Conference (for global fund managers) for the last two years running. He was also featured in the BAFTA award winning BBC series 'The Tower'. |
